]]> At Skybleu, we know that small details make a big difference in both comfort and functionality. This project involved a soft-close conversion for 17 pull-out trash recycle cabinets at a venture capital firm in Menlo Park, ensuring a noise-free experience and eliminating the loud slamming when closing them.

The Problem

The original cabinets closed with a loud bang, creating unnecessary noise and wear on the structures. This not only affected the kitchen experience but could also reduce the lifespan of the furniture.

The Solution: Soft-Close with Blum Movento Technology

To modernize these cabinets, we implemented a 21” Blum Movento full-extension slide system, allowing smooth gliding and effortless closing.

How We Did It

✅ Custom-built support platforms to ensure perfect alignment.
✅ Installation and adjustment of the new soft-close slides for seamless operation.
✅ Final testing and client walkthrough to guarantee a flawless experience.

The Final Result

With this upgrade, we achieved a quieter, more elegant, and functional kitchen, where each cabinet glides smoothly and closes with just a gentle push. Now, these cabinets not only look better but also offer greater durability and daily convenience.

If you’re looking to modernize your kitchen with a soft-close system, Skybleu can make it happen. Contact us and transform your space today!
