All of the windows we carry (Amerimax and IWC) are California Ingres rated, double pane, energy efficient vinyl windows. They all have Low-e coatings that still allow an abundance of visible light into the house, yet reflects the harmful infrared or radiant heat (IR) and ultraviolet (UV)- which can cause wall coverings and or upholstery to fade over time.

Low E technology effectively reflects heat energy from inside the room to help reduce energy loss during cold months, thereby reducing heating costs. On the outside, heat is reflected away from the glass, reducing solar gain and cooling cost during warm months.
